Terms and Conditions

  1. Enrolment & Tuition Fees
    • Schools charge a one off, non-refundable registration fee to cover administration charges
    • The minimum age for enrolment is 16 years
    • Payment of course fees must be received in full before a Certificate of Enrolment can be issued
    • Fees are not transferable to another student
  2. UK Public/ Bank Holidays
    • There will be no classes during Public/ bank holidays. Classes missed for Public Holidays will not be made up at a later date
  3. Cancelling a Course
    • If you need to cancel your courses for reasons other than visa refusal, please be aware that charges will apply. If you cancel your course less than one week before the start of your course you will not be entitled to any refund.
  4. Accommodation
    • Each school charges accommodation fee
    • Accommodation must be booked Sunday to Sunday (in some schools Saturday to Saturday)
    • Arrival and departure dates may be changed in advance by special arrangement, subject to availability.
    • Accommodation fees are non-refundable if the student arrives late or leaves early without sufficient notice
    • The college will attempt to resolve any dispute with a Host Family or Residence manager
  5. Course Bookings and Attendance
    • The college reserves the right to change teachers, times, rooms and combine classes if necessary
    • It is the responsibility of the student to inform the college of illness or other reasons for absence
    • Students are encouraged to keep good time. Late entry to the class is at the discretion of the college
    • No extension or refunds will be given for exclusion from the class due to late arrival
    •  The college will issue a school leaving certificate only if satisfactory attendance has been maintained
  6. Class Level
    • All new students are required to take a Placement Test
    • The result of the test will place a student in the appropriate level for their chosen course
    • Students may change their study level if this is agreed by their teacher and the Operations Director
  7. Conduct and Discipline
    • In cases of proven criminal offence or misconduct, the college reserves the right to expel any student. In these circumstances no refund will be given.
    • Students are expected to behave in an orderly manner and any wilful damage to College property or personnel will be treated as gross misconduct. In the cases of such misconduct the student will be held personally responsible for rectifying any damage caused.
    • Smoking is not permitted inside school buildings
  8. Liability
    • The college and its representative accept no responsibility for personal injury or loss or damage to personal property on the college premises whether as a result of fire, burglary, theft or otherwise.
    • The college is not responsible for the safekeeping and delivery of any post, faxes etc sent at the college address
